1. Loan Application Fees

At CredNova Flow, we do not charge any upfront application fees for our standard loan products. Any fees associated with processing your loan are typically deducted from the disbursed amount, and such fees are non-refundable once the loan is processed.

2. Advisory and Consultation Services

Fees paid for financial advisory or credit optimization services through CredNova Flow are generally non-refundable. However, we strive for complete satisfaction and may offer partial refunds or service credits at our discretion if the agreed-upon milestones are not met.

3. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your inquiry at any time during the process by contacting our support team at contact@CredNovaFlow.shop. There are no penalties for canceling a loan application prior to the signing of the loan agreement.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If there has been an error on our part during the transaction process, CredNova Flow will investigate and process a full refund within 7-10 business days if the error is verified.
